Description
This is a piece I painted for the "Cut to the Core" assignment for my painting class.
I decided to go for a pomegranate because I usually don't work with red, especially in traditional mediums, so I wanted to challenge myself!
I am pretty happy with the result, especially all the shines and whites I left on the individual seeds.
This is done in watercolors and took me a little less than a week to finish! For sure 10+ hours

- Utrecht Watercolor Brushes
- Strathmore Cold Press Watercolor Paper 11" x 15"
- Winsor and Newton Watercolors Pan Set of 24
